His idea for the service starts with conversations with business owners: a place to ask questions, think through options, and find a practical next step. Nate’s friendly character reflects Nathan’s Southern style and everyday overalls.
The avatar is a product character. It is not a promise that Nathan personally reads or responds to every future AI conversation. The service boundaries and access to human support will be explained before launch.
