1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the return and refund process for hardware, software licenses, and IT services provided by Hexalinks Solutions.

2. Hardware Sales

  • Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without penalty. After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Returns: Hardware can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original packaging and condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply for non-defective items returned.

3. Software Licensing

  • Cancellation: Software licenses can be canceled at any time.

    • If you are on an annual plan with monthly payments, the remainder of the annual license term must be paid in full upon cancellation.

    • Annual licenses paid upfront will remain active and valid until their expiration date, with no refund available for unused time.

  • Non-refundable: Once software license keys are issued, they are generally non-refundable due to the digital nature of the product, except in cases where the key is defective or invalid, in which case a replacement will be provided.

4. IT Services

  • Cancellation of Services: You can cancel ongoing services with 30 days’ written notice. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

  • Refunds for Services: Refunds for pre-paid services will be provided on a pro-rata basis for any unused portion.

5. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product or confirm the cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Non-returnable Items

  • Opened software packages.

  • Customized or special-order hardware.
